By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
HireMe is an AI-powered job search assistant that allows users to manage their job search, store resumes, and utilize artificial intelligence to generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation materials based on job descriptions. The Service is evolving, and we may update, add, or remove features at our sole discretion without prior notice.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership to the data you upload to the Service, including your base resumes and personal information.
Generated Content: Any tailored resumes or cover letters generated by the AI on our platform are yours to use for your personal job search purposes. We claim no ownership over the final generated documents you create using our tools.
No Training Guarantee: We explicitly prohibit our third-party AI partners from using your inputs or generated outputs to train their foundational AI models.
You agree not to use the Service:
Users are granted a specific number of AI generations based on their subscription tier. Attempting to bypass these limits via automated scripts or exploits will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to provide valid and updated payment information.
Cancellations: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of HireMe.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. HireMe makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
No Employment Guarantee: HireMe is an AI tool designed to assist with your job search. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in an interview, job offer, or employment of any kind. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your applications.
In no event shall HireMe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
